Nuraya Nights – Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

· Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

· A security deposit may be required if agreed by both parties prior to booking.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

· Check-in: After 3:00 PM – Early Check in is available at £10 per hour. (For example, Check-in at 1:00 PM would cost an additional £20)

· Check-out: Before 11:00 AM – Late Check out is available at £10 per hour. (For example, Check-out at 12:00 PM would cost an additional £10)

· Guests must notify the host of their estimated arrival time in advance.

3. House Rules

· No smoking inside the property (smoking outside the building is permissible).

· No parties or events.

· Quiet hours must be observed between 10 PM – 7AM, showing respect to neighbours.

· Pets are only allowed if pre-approved (there is an additional fee of £35 per pet).

· Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of guests stated in the booking. (Maximum 3 Guests).

4. Damages & Security Deposit

· Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items.

· The security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded after inspection, provided no issues are found.

5. Cancellation Policy

· Follows Airbnb’s Flexible cancellation policy: Guests can cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund. If they cancel within 24 hours, the host may be paid for the first night and any nights they actually stayed.

· No refunds for early departures or no-shows.

6. Cleaning & Maintenance

· The property will be cleaned before arrival.

· Guests are expected to keep the flat tidy and dispose of trash properly in the bins provided.

7. Liability

· The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items during the stay.

· Guests must use the property safely and responsibly.

8. Compliance with Local Laws

· Guests must comply with all local regulations, including noise ordinances.

· Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

9. Early Termination

· The host reserves the right to terminate the stay if rules are violated, with no refund.

10. Miscellaneous

· Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.

· Any maintenance issues should be reported immediately.

· By booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions.
